'Credit crunch insomnia' emerging

I totally know what people are going through I go through it every night; and it is really hard with working a forty hour week and going to school at night. You worry about money, while trying to have a social life and take care of your health. The thought of possibly losing your job at any moment is terrifying. I don't know what I would do if I lost my job. I wouldn't be able to pay for school or my car. I would be stuck living at home and basically still not having a social life because you wouldn't have money to get around or go out. Everyone needs sleep, it re-energizes the body so that you can function the next day and if you don't sleep your completely lost. There are a few tips on how to get to sleep better and I may have to take the advice on that.

Good comments. Let us know how their suggestions work. Also take the opportunity to get massages in the clinic when they arise.
